Recently, I had the pleasure of attending a truly special event that delighted not only my nose but my heart as well. New Notes invited us to a cozy gelateria in Zurich to launch their latest fragrance creation: Latte Pistachio. And yes – the name says it all! 🍨

A Perfume That Awakens Sweet Memories

From the moment I walked in, I was transported to Italy. The smell of fresh waffle cones, toasted pistachios, and the soft clink of gelato scoops set the mood. And in the center of it all stood Eric, the creative mind behind the scent. He shared the story behind Latte Pistachio – and I could’ve listened for hours. His inspiration?


„I wanted to capture a simple moment… when you’re walking through a sun-drenched town in Italy, enjoying a pistachio gelato that melts faster than you can eat it. It drips onto your hand – and you smile as you lick it off. That’s the memory I bottled.“


And honestly? You can feel exactly that when you smell it.



Latte Pistachio – A Dessert for the Senses
